I have chronically chapped lips and have tried EVERYTHING. With only two exceptions, all the products end up creating a worse problem for me. And sunblocks made especially for lips have all ended up making my lips far worse after several uses, just like regular lip balms. Then I found Lipcotz. It works, does not make my chapped lips worse, and in fact they are markedly better these days, and most importantly, it shields my lips when I'm out in the sun. Since I've already had two pre-cancerous places removed and do not want to have more of them, I'm buying more of this stuff to have handy at all times. Can recommend it with no reservations. It's also got a little bit of tint to it so that it looks like a translucent near skin-toned lipstick. Good product. (The other product that has worked for me as a lip balm, but is not a sunblock, is called Aquaphor. Comes in little tubes you can carry easily in your purse.)

I read the product ingredients on the Amazon description and was excited to find a sunscreen product with so few ingredients. I was horrified when it arrived and I read the list of "Inactive Ingredients" the first three in the list: Alumina, Aluminum Hydroxide, Aluminum Stearate all Aluminum derivatives, all of which I avoid using , Aluminum can interfere with magnesium in the body and aluminum is also linked to Alzheimer's. I'll never buy this again and won't use the one I did buy. I am very annoyed to have paid a total of $12.79 for a product I won't use.

Color Selection is an Issue

I like the consistency of the product. I like the coverage. Trying to pick the color you need when you are buying it on-line is a real issue. You are better off going to Sephora and getting the color you need by trying them on. That is what I ended up doing. Total waste of time and energy, not to mention shipping costs, ordering this kind of product on-line without knowing your color first.

I've tried concealers before but they always looked so obvious. These colors really blend in and no one would guess you're wearing a concealer. (I apply mine with a brush and just "dab" it to blend into skin) - works GREAT.

I *never* wear lipstick -- I just use lip balm with no color. I can't stand getting lipstick on people when I kiss them, getting it on cups when I'm drinking, and having to reapply it all day long. I received a Lipfinity sample in the mail and finally tried it this past weekend when I was in a wedding--one of the very few times I actually broke down and wore lipstick.

I didn't even realize it was supposed to be long-lasting lipstick until I took a drink and saw there was no lipstick residue on the rim of my cup. I was able to go through the day--through the wedding ceremony, pictures and reception--without having to reapply my lipstick. I like this lipstick enough that I am actually going to buy it and use it on a daily basis! I can deal with a lipstick I apply once in the morning and then forget about it. I really recommend Lipfinity -- it actually made me like lipstick for the first time in 25 years!

This is the best lipstick I've ever used. I am truly disappointed that it is not longer sold in stores in the US. I LOVE the fact that I can wear lipstick ALL-day long without reapplying, even if I eat and drink, it just stays. The other benefit is that it doesn't stain your clothes (once it is dry), it doesn't stain cloth napkins and it does not leave marks on cups or glasses.
Cheap Trick on Women

While I really like the product, I resent the fact that they try to cheat us with this ridiculous trick. They must think all women are not very bright, and don't realize that the wide golden band at the bottom of the bottle just covers up the fact that the applicator does not reach past the golden band, while there is still plenty of the product left.
They thought we wouldn't notice and think the product was empty when it was not. Don't they make enough profit on that little bottle already?

I have been buying this color for years for those times when I need a red lipstick. It is a clear red, with no pink. I hate to shop in stores for lipstick, because other customers jumble up the colors and I can't easily find the one I want. Stores are often out of the color I want also, requiring more searching somewhere else. I have found the perfect solution; free shipping, too, with Amazon Prime, and am happy to recommend it.

Another review complained that the product was chunky - not the case at all. Product is firm yet smooth, and I find the scent to be light and pleasant. A slight tingle of peppermint, but primarily the soft smell of shea. I like this product in particular because after a few days it improved the health and softness of my lips, even when I wasn't wearing any product. Also, simple ingredient listing is comforting knowing that you inevitably end up consuming a portion of whatever is put on your lips, and I would rather not ingest petroleum! I just went to the local healthfood store and picked up a second tube, and I plan on using this exclusively from now on.

Superior protective product, priced comparably with other high-quality all-natural lip balm sticks -- even lower than a few and with valuable bonus of all-organic content! Pleasant consistency; no stiff "waxy" sensation yet not "slippery"-thin either. Doesn't develop "gritty" surface, as many tend to. Lasts remarkably well, requiring fewer applications than most.

I bought this lip balm because it contained honey and beeswax but the scent is entirely peppermint. The texture is not smooth but chunky, as if the blending process was unable to mix the beeswax with the Cocoa butter and Shea butter. This leaves chunks of wax on your lips when you apply it. My lips aren't as soft as I had hoped, but this may be because of the faulty emulsifying process.

I am in love with this lip slip. I just needed something for my lips that will give them all day moisture. I decided to try it and its amazing. I will say that the first couple of times I used it I thought it was kind of thick but then by day three I just got used to it. Maybe because my other lip balms weren't doing its job. I wear it around 7am and don't need to reply till I am ready to go to bed. It provides all day moisture.
If you need something moisturing and to give your lips that feeling of soft and smooth. This is definitely the product you should try.

I also thought this lip balm was a bit thick at first, but it lasts and lasts. I use it every day and it makes your lips very soft. It gives a great natural sheen to your lips and provides great protection and softening to dry lips. I've had the same pot of gloss for two years...it lasts a long time, both on your lips and overall. I definitely recommend it.
